1. Services

Hattiesburg Septic Pros provides residential and commercial septic tank pumping, inspection, repair, and related services in Hattiesburg, MS and surrounding Forrest County areas. All services are subject to availability and crew capacity.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as an estimate based on customer-described job scope. A firm, final price is given on-site before any work begins. By authorizing us to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted price upon completion. Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Customer is responsible for notifying Mississippi 811 (Call Before You Dig) for any work involving ground disturbance. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities. Permits required by local ordinance are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Property Damage

Our crew takes care to avoid damage to your property. In the event of damage caused by our crew during normal service operations, report it immediately. We carry general liability insurance and will work in good faith to resolve legitimate damage claims. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing septic conditions, inaccessible access points, or hazards not disclosed at time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible. No cancellation fees are charged for reasonable notice. Emergency situations are always given priority — call us at (601) 884-8016.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forrest County, Mississippi.
