Hattiesburg Septic Pros is a free referral service. It connects homeowners and businesses in Hattiesburg, MS and surrounding Forrest County areas with independent local septic companies, and does not perform septic work itself. Service depends on the availability of those companies.
The referral service is free. Prices, estimates and payment terms are set by the septic company you hire, and you pay that company directly. Ask for a firm price before any work begins.
When you request service through the line, you represent that:
Customer is responsible for notifying Mississippi 811 (Call Before You Dig) for any work involving ground disturbance. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities. Permits required by local ordinance are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Contractors are expected to take care to avoid damage to your property. In the event of damage caused by a contractor's crew, report it to that contractor immediately. Contractors are expected to carry general liability insurance and to resolve legitimate damage claims in good faith. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing septic conditions, inaccessible access points, or hazards not disclosed at time of booking.

Hattiesburg Septic Pros is not a party to any agreement between you and a septic company and is not responsible for work performed by independent contractors. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forrest County, Mississippi.
